USA - TOKYO
Depart
USA on to the transpacific flight for Tokyo, Japan.
We will cross the international date line, advancing
the calendar by one day.

ARRIVE TOKYO
Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, Tokyo,
we will be met and transferred to the hotel by hotel
shuttle bus. The rest of the evening is free at leisure.

TOKYO-YOKOHAMA CHINATOWN - ASAKUSA KANNON TEMPLE - GINZA
- IMPERIAL PALACE - TOKYO TOWER - MEIJI SHRINE - SINJUKU

The Tokyo Metropolitan area is home to one-quarter of
all Japanese. As the nation¡¦s capital
and powerhouse of creative energy, global influence
and wealth, Tokyo offers visitors aspects of both the
old and the new. Our morning drive takes us through
the Yokohama Bridge and arrive in Yokohama Chinatown.
The sightseeing tour today features other visits to
Asakusa Kannon Temple, Imperial Palace, Meiji Shrine,
Ginza, as well as Tokyo Tower, the tallest structure
in Japan. We check into our luxury hotel located in
Shinjuku, on the city¡¦s trendy west side,
home to popular and raucous nightspots.

KAMAKURA BIG BUDDHA - HAKONE NATIONAL PARK - LAKE ASHI
CRUISE - OWAKUDANI HOT SPRING ZONE - PEACE GARDEN -

Our most event-filled day begins as we journey by motor
coach to Kamakura Big Buddha. We continue on to Hakone
National Park, a popular mountain hot-spring resort
with Lake Ashi at its center. Enjoy a cruise on Lake
Ashi which it is with lush forests and panoramic mountain
vistas. Proceed to Peace Garden and Owakudani Hot Spring
Zone. Spend the night in Isawa near Mt. Fuji. Fuji,
at 3776 meters, is Japan¡¦s tallest mountain
as well as its most well-known symbol.

ISAWA - SHIRAITO FALLS - SHIZUOKA - BULLET TRAIN - KAKEGAWA
- KYOTO (B,D)
Continue our trip toward Kyoto by motor coach and enjoy
breathtaking views of Mt. Fuji. After visiting Shiraito
Falls, we have an opportunity to take the famous bullet
train from Shizuoka to Kakegawa, then ride by bus to
Kyoto. Bullet train is called ¡§Shinkansen¡¨
in Japan, provides ultrafast and highly reliable rail
links almost all the length of Japan. Kyoto was Japan¡¦s
capital for over 1,000 years, and during that time became
the repository of much of the best of Japanese arts,
culture, religion, and thoughts.

KIYOMIZU TEMPLE - HEIAN SHRINE - GOLDEN PAVILION - NARA
- TODAIJI TEMPLE - DEER PARK - OSAKA (B,D)
Our sightseeing tour of Kyoto includes visits to Kyomizu
Temple, the stunning Golden Pavilion and the Heian Shrine.
Kiyomizu Temple is famous for its wide wooden veranda
jutting out over an exquisite valley that extends to
panoramic view of the city. The brilliant Golden Temple,
or Kinkakuji, is in excellent contrast to Ryoanji famed
for its stone garden which is simplicity itself designed
with only rocks and white sand. Travel to Nara, the
former feudal capital of Japan and home to some of the
finest examples of ancient art and architecture in the
country. Visit some ancient attractions such as Todaiji
Temple and Deer Park. Proceed to Osaka for overnight
accommodation.

OSAKA CASTLE - ATAMI (B,D)
Osaka, is Japan¡¦s third-largest city and
the commercial and industrial hub for western Japan.
The absolute highlight of the city is Osaka Castle,
once the largest in Japan, built in 1586 by Toyotomi
Hideyoshi. The present five-storied fortress, a copy
of the original, contains many historical art objects
and documents related to the Toyotomi family and Osaka
of the old. We travel on to Atami. Atami is the number
one hot spring resort of Japan. You may enjoy a hot
spring bath tonight before attend the Japanese farewell
dinner banquet.

We return to Tokyo by motor coach to catch our homebound
flight for USA.
